Joe Wicentowich brings over 30 years of extensive project management experience both internationally and in the US to his position at Danielian Associates.  Joe’s keen insight and knowledge of the building codes is a tremendous asset to the firm’s multifamily clients.  He has an exceptional ability to solve the most complex construction challenges and works collaboratively to keep each client’s project on track while realizing their vision and goals.

As a licensed architect for nearly 30 years, Joe is extremely skilled in the design and management of projects across a range of construction types for both commercial and residential products. He has also served as an expert witness in trials for construction litigation claims. He brings his experience and ingenuity to Danielian’s multifamily studio, where he is currently managing several of the firm’s largest and most complex mixed-use and multifamily projects.

Joe holds a Master of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.
