The character of the exterior elevation is a warm contemporary expression. Color blocking with bold primary and earthy tones makes the street scene exciting. The site rises slightly in elevation on the north side of the street and is approximately 1.75 acres in size. The proposed building contains approximately 66,947 square feet within a 3 and 4-story Type VA structure. 65 one, two, and three-bedroom units comprise the residential portion of the program. A courtyard with nearly 2,500 SF of open space will be located in the heart of the community where residents can enjoy outdoor activities. The project will also provide on-site services for its residents, including job skills training and after-school tutoring.
