Hillcrest 111 is a mixed-use project in a transitioning community that features walkability and a variety of residential, professional, dining, retail, and commercial experiences. The building replaces a surface parking lot used for decades by AT&T. The parking that was displaced is being
replaced by a parking structure dedicated to AT&T situated on roughly half the footprint of the original lot. This mixed-use project is being constructed on the remaining half over a three-story subterranean parking structure. The program offers a roof recreation deck with spa, meeting
areas as well as a ground-level fitness room.
