As a trailblazing force in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), this project has transformed lives and reinvigorated the neighborhood thanks to its vibrant design and essential social services, acting as a beacon of hope for previously homeless families within San Diego County. The architectural blend of wood accents and metal panels mirrors its multifaceted contributions to the community. Through the developer’s comprehensive onsite programs and local community collaborations, residents are nurtured with tailored support spanning education, financial literacy, and an array of essential resident services. The 1.75-acre development, replacing two single-family homes from the 1930s, now features 65-units of one, two, and three-bedroom fully-furnished apartments.
