DA provided the conceptual design for this 152 acre Master Planned Community in Palm Desert, CA. The primary design goal for Millennium Village was to integrate the Residential, Commercial, Office, Hotel and Recreational uses to create a unified and inspired Community. A strong sense of place was created with a well designed Village Center and Regional Commercial Center that offers central entertainment and gathering places for the community.
