Situated on a 2.47-acre parcel currently occupied by a church, this project will introduce 22 homes to the area. Each residence will boast a two to three-car garage and a lock-off unit designed for potential subdivision into two homes. Complying with the City of Santa Clara Affordable Housing program, three of these townhomes will be designated as affordable units. The landscaping plan encompasses the planting of approximately 79 trees ranging from 24 to 36 inches in size, with a focus on drought-tolerant, low-water usage features in both communal areas and private yards. Additionally, a landscaped paseo will run through the center of the site, connecting to the sidewalk on Pruneridge Avenue, while access to the site will be facilitated by an ingress/egress driveway situated at the eastern end, leading to a drive aisle that separates units on the north and south sides of the property.
