The collective vision for The Club at the Four Seasons at The Ranch was not just to provide an amenity space for the residents but to create a social hub for the community and a resort-style destination for the residents and their families. Every element was thoughtfully planned to support the evolving lifestyle of today’s 55+ residents, blending wellness, recreation, relaxation & connection into one cohesive environment.

Our primary design objective was to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, activities, and experiences. A variety of gathering areas, flexible in both size and function, were thoughtfully integrated throughout the clubhouse. Game rooms, fitness spaces, outdoor patios, yoga lawns, pickleball courts, & horseshoe courts are interconnected to encourage activity, social engagement, and exploration. Comfortable gathering spaces and weather-protected outdoor areas further support year-round use, allowing residents to enjoy the amenities throughout every season.

Rather than isolating activities, the plan creates natural transitions between amenities, allowing residents to move easily throughout the clubhouse and connect with neighbors along the way. Through intentional planning, strong indoor-outdoor relationships, and a resident-focused approach, the clubhouse enhances everyday living while creating a vibrant and lasting sense of place within the Four Seasons at The Ranch community.
