Designed by Irwin Studios at Danielian, the main building consists of three legs of Independent Living and on of Assisted Living. The IL portion involves three stories and the AL plus entry utilize two stories to support the ambulatory residence in Assisted Living. Surrounding the main building on 3 sides are the Cottages. This project consists of two courtyards: the motor court at the entry and the outdoor activity courtyard. The latter being enclosed by an exercise pavilion that includes the beauty salon.
