The 1.75-acre development, replacing two single-family homes from the 1930s, now features 65-units of one, two, and three-bedroom fully-furnished apartments.

Amenities include secured bicycle storage, pet spa, a 5,000 SF clubhouse, private gym, community kitchen, and a rooftop recreation deck with a pool. 2,500 SF of retail space is prominently featured at ground level along First Street in a bustling redevelopment zone within Santa Ana.
