Parkside Family Apartments is one of the first approved projects within the Corridors Specific Plan, Pomona’s extensive revitalization effort. MHSA offers permanent supportive housing programs that include mental health and substance abuse services, intensive case management, benefits advocacy, physical health services and employment services.

The George

The George is a 5-story luxury apartment community located in the Platinum Triangle Gateway District surrounded by popular landmarks such as Angels Stadium, Honda Center, and the recently completed Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center. The building configuration consists of 340 corridors loaded stacked flats surrounding a 9 level concrete parking structure. The lower two parking levels are subterranean. The George marks the future residency of Anaheim’s “Downtown”, a soon to be bustling and thriving city center. Danielian Associates served as the Architect of Record and AO was the Design Architect.

March Veterans Village

March Veterans Village will offer transitional housing for veterans located at the March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County. The complex was planned and designed to create a walkable, campus-like setting to provide a nurturing, rehabilitative environment. Providing housing, meals, and career training counseling for veterans, the program makes the transition back into civilian life as smooth as possible. The housing component is comprised of three different programs. The VIP (Veterans in Progress) program provides short-term dorm-style housing with on-site counseling for veterans at high-risk. The Efficiency program provides single-room occupancy units for veterans who are being re-trained for the job market or for those who have found work but are in need of low-cost housing. The third component accommodates the families of veterans who are also in need of low-cost housing. This project is designed to be LEED Certified with all the three- and four-story Type-V buildings. The March Veteran’s Building 1 Project has received LEED BD+C: Multifamily v4 Gold Certification.

Clark Commons

Located at the edge of a major urban revitalization area, this affordable workforce housing infill development functions as a gateway to a new downtown district.
