1810 PCH

Set along a coveted stretch of Pacific Coast Highway just north of the Huntington Beach Pier, 1810 PCH is a boutique collection of ten ocean-facing residences by WJK Development Co. that brings a refined, contemporary approach to coastal living. The Reserve at Vinedo

Located within the Vinedo Master Planned Community, The Reserve at Vinedo will offer 214 build-for-rent homes. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities, including a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and community gathering spaces featuring fireplaces, a bocce court, and a dog park, all designed to foster a sense of place and community. This development will help meet the growing housing needs of the area by providing much-needed homes. The Mercury

This mixed-use development is on a 2.85 acre site and will consist of 255 units with approximately 4,785 SF of commercial space. Both the residential units and the commercial space will be wrapped around a 6-level structure with a rooftop amenities deck with pool/spa atop. Summerwind Commons

Summerwinds Commons is an upcoming shopping center that will feature a fitness center, restaurants, retail, and many other businesses that will be enjoyed by the surrounding community. With 75,200 SF of commercial space, the project will promote a pedestrian-friendly design with thoughtfully-planned landscaping throughout the center for shoppers or visitors to be able to appreciate when visiting. The design team implemented the modern agrarian architectural style so it would seamlessly integrate into the natural landscaping of the area and complement the existing structures within the city. This project will be phase 1 of 2 for the overall development plan; phase 2 will be the residential portion.

Koreatown Mixed-Use Development

This 10-story Mixed-Use development, set within Koreatown, Los Angeles, will create an exciting new hub to live, shop and stay. With it’s combination of retail at street level and second level apartments with hotel above, residents and travelers will have shopping and eating options just an elevator ride away. A dynamic rooftop pool area and outdoor plazas will offer recreation and gathering opportunities that will make this new building “the place to be” for young urban professionals and visitors in the LA area.

Oak Knoll

These small-lot single family homes are part of the mixed-use masterplanned community of Oak Knoll.  The residents have access to trails along Rifle Range Creek and engaging open spaces.  The restoration and relocation of the 130-year old historic Club Knoll building will be the heart of Oak Knoll community which will also offer shopping, restaurants, a variety of home types and public open space.
