This resort master plan is a mixed-use destination consisting of four unique districts: the residential district; the retail and entertainment district; the hotel district; and the waterfront theme park district. Connectivity between districts is facilitated by pedestrian paths and highlighted by large public plazas signaling the transition from one district to another.

The shopping district runs east-west across the southern edge and features retail, restaurant, and entertainment uses along a pedestrian corridor. This district features a “river walk” – a lively pedestrian experience along the waterway. The residential district is made up of mid-rise towers and townhomes along the northern Yellow Sea edge. A hotel district with retail and entertainment uses is located in the highly animated eastern portion of the plan which accesses the theme park by a pedestrian bridge.

Two Dragon Lake is a destination lake resort featuring over 4,000 residential units along with commercial, entertainment, and hotel elements. A 5,900 square meter (63,000 SF) lakeside clubhouse is the centerpiece of the recreational hub and will also function as the sales and visitor center. A separate clubhouse will cater to golfers at the on-site executive golf course.
A variety of home types are offered, including single-family detached, duplexes, townhomes, and mid to high-rise apartments all held to the strict orientation regulations of northern China. The site’s natural topography allows gorgeous views of the adjacent lake with a mountain backdrop making this a unique and sought-after location. A five-star international hotel, fine dining opportunities, and commercial and entertainment zones round out the amenities at Two Dragon Lake.

Baoding Golf Resort is a neighborhood of townhomes designed specifically for the relocation of the residents currently living in the area planned for the golf course. The homes are oriented on a north-south axis to capture as much natural light and ventilation as possible. The strategically located facilities for drinking water and sewer treatments are heavily buffered with landscape. The objective was to create a resort destination with a large sports park, clubhouse, luxury hotel, town center with shopping, a water park, and a diverse mixture of detached and attached vacation housing.

Resort Cove, located in Saudi Arabia, encompasses two distinct gated townhome communities, labeled Community 2 and Community 3, sprawled over 24.8 and 42.9 acres respectively. Within each community lies a dedicated center, featuring amenities such as swimming pools, including a separate enclosed one for women, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The mosques, conveniently positioned within walking distance from residences, serve as focal points of communal worship. The architectural theme draws inspiration from both Arabic and Spanish styles, meticulously incorporating authentic details to elevate the overall ambiance and charm of this vibrant community.

The Solitaire Towers are designed to be a striking addition to Sharjah’s skyline. The city’s streetscape will be enlivened by the dynamic pedestrian plaza located at the ground level of the retail/parking podium connecting the towers. The office tower is 34-stories, the first 4 floors are retail and the top 30 provide Class A office space. Specifically designed to cater to the housing needs of the numerous employees in the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center and its surrounding areas. This project marks the first initiative to offer housing at a reasonable price in Tejon Ranch. It was crucial to pay careful attention to the site plan, ensuring seamless integration with upcoming developments in the master-planned community. Emphasis was placed on creating pedestrian-friendly pathways that will connect to future projects.
