Jinyang Sports Resort

Jinyang Leisure Sports Park is 33.8 hectares (83 acres) of mixed-use, residential, and resort development surrounded by golf, natural open space and lakes in the Yunnan Province of southern China. The site is 105 kilometers northeast of downtown Kunming in the town of Qujing at an elevation of approximately 2,100 meters (6,900 feet).

This Master Plan is comprised of four unique communities separated by the natural landforms of the site and connected via a spine road and cohesive architectural and landscape aesthetic. A Craftsman architectural theme will prevail among the pristine lake and mountain views and dwarf pine forest. A state of the art driving range, two 18-hole golf courses and an 11,000 square meter (118,000 s.f.) Craftsman style resort clubhouse in the community’s mixed use core provides a landmark destination for Jinyang’s residents and visitors alike.

Ghantoot Polo Club

Ghantoot Polo Club is a 305 hectare site with the main entrance on the famed Sheikh Zayed Road that connects Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The present site houses the Ghantoot Polo Club and race track facilities. This project has a wide range of amenities including polo fields, an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, tennis club, private school, mosque, retail/entertainment center and a five-star hotel.

Surrounding each of the polo fields are condominiums for residents who want exclusive views of the matches. Luxury golf course villas and condominiums surround the golf course, each with scenic vistas of open green space. Mediterranean and Andalusian architectural style are used for both their compatibility with the warm climate and appeal to residents of the U.A.E. The master plan is optimized for solar orientation with trees lining the east-west roadways to create shade and mitigating heat gain from the streets.

Emirates Lakes

Danielian developed the site plan and product concepts for this golf and apartment community incorporating 6,850 units on 320 acres. This beautifully designed master-planned community was to appeal to both homebuyers and renters in the surrounding areas. A lot of attention was paid to the inviting, tree-lined streets that welcome you to the different communities in this master plan. Each community has its own amenities that serves its residents.

Dmitrov Master Plan

The Dmitrov Master Plan is the first Western-style Master Planned Community in suburban Moscow. The 61.5 hectare (152 Acre) plan includes 538 homes built around a centrally located park and community clubhouse with a soccer field and three other neighborhood parks. A village center at the main entry includes a temporary sales center, convenience store, café, and car wash.

The Master Plan has been designed to follow the natural contours of the land with a thematically consistent design aesthetic, a new concept in a region that typically develops in a piecemeal fashion. The entry’s grand arrival is highlighted by a lushly landscaped pond and neighborhood park with a soccer field that becomes a skating rink in the winter. Seven floor plans ranging from 118 sm (1,270 SF) to 339 sm (3,649 sf) cater to various homebuyers including those seeking second homes, commuters and full time residents.

Bagaces New Town

Bagaces New Town Vision is that of a progressive and modern farm town that takes advantage of the surrounding agricultural industry and the beautiful natural character of the Guanacaste region. The project will be designed according to modern planned community standards, adapted with a rural farm town concept and work-force community concept. The project proposes numerous opportunities for economic development oriented to the agricultural industry and has the advantage of being located along the Pan American Highway. The goal is to inspire an eventual community of 8,000- 10,000 population that will support a New Town. Both private and public incentives will be offered to promote the industry and vitality of this sustainable new community. Specifically, the Industrial and commercial base will be focused on diverse agricultural uses which includes appropriate agricultural crop development, cattle feed, fertilizer production, vine production and other agricultural enterprises. Incentives will be provided to promote corporate development of advanced new technologies in agricultural production, with both public and private collaboration. Other resources may include water bottling (taking advantage of the numerous well sites), exotic wood harvesting and sand mining (utilizing the existing mining operation on-site). This highly sustainable community also proposes a Recycling and Waste to Energy Facility that converts bio-waste to power and fuel.

Akwaabaa Plaza

The design concept envisions a contemporary, and dynamic mixed-use environment, that creates synergistic activities including shopping, conferencing, travel accommodations for business and tourism, corporate and private housing opportunities and corporate office uses for general business activity. The project will provide appropriate recreation amenity activities to support the uses contemplated within the center and will function as an effective 24 hours base of operations for its patrons and visitors.

Real Del Mar

Real del Mar Golf Resort & Country Club brings luxury resort living to Baja California with a 10.4 acre coastal development including luxury condominiums and single-family residences. The single-family residences are made up of luxury villa units and tuck under units. The project features a consistent Italianate architectural style. The housing is sited to maximize views to the Pacific Ocean which sits less than fifty yards from the site. Additional site amenities include the Recreational Building, Cabanas, kids play area and pool.

Valle San Pedro Town Center

As part of a Master Planned New City, the Town Center for Valle Las Palmas is a mixed-use retail and residential community center incorporating shops, restaurants and public utilities within a pedestrian-friendly environment. Public parks and large public plazas center on the daily activity of the town residents, making Town Center very walkable and community oriented. Also incorporated are the Civic Center buildings, including the City Hall, accessory buildings and the sales information and community facility. This Town Center is designed as a welcoming reflection of the vibrant culture and rich history of those that reside there.

Las Ventanas Luxury Homes

In one of the most desirable locations along the Baja Coast is Las Ventanas, a guard-gated beachfront enclave of exclusive luxury homes. Located on hillside terrain, single-loaded streets and organic lot patterns respect the site’s topography. The site layout and some split-level home designs are fashioned to adapt to the terrain and secure ocean vistas for every home.

Designed with the essence of Old Santa Barbara, the development program features detached and attached single-family homes that appeal to second-home buyer market. Home designs emphasize indoor/outdoor connectivity and spaces destined for entertainment. The attached condo units incorporate open courtyards to dedicate open space for privacy and to capture gentle ocean breezes. Pedestrian walkways provide residents easy access to the ocean front pool and recreational cabana.

Santa Barbara en Bajamar

Located in Bajamar, a Baja California coastal resort, Santa Barbara en Bajamar is a waterfront condominium offering full Pacific Ocean and golf course views. Two levels of underground parking anchor this podium-type development into the coastal terrain.
