Ghantoot Polo Club

Ghantoot Polo Club is a 305 hectare site with the main entrance on the famed Sheikh Zayed Road that connects Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The present site houses the Ghantoot Polo Club and race track facilities. This project has a wide range of amenities including polo fields, an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, tennis club, private school, mosque, retail/entertainment center and a five-star hotel.

Surrounding each of the polo fields are condominiums for residents who want exclusive views of the matches. Luxury golf course villas and condominiums surround the golf course, each with scenic vistas of open green space. Mediterranean and Andalusian architectural style are used for both their compatibility with the warm climate and appeal to residents of the U.A.E. The master plan is optimized for solar orientation with trees lining the east-west roadways to create shade and mitigating heat gain from the streets.

TraceResort Cove

Resort Cove, located in Saudi Arabia, encompasses two distinct gated townhome communities, labeled Community 2 and Community 3, sprawled over 24.8 and 42.9 acres respectively. Within each community lies a dedicated center, featuring amenities such as swimming pools, including a separate enclosed one for women, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The mosques, conveniently positioned within walking distance from residences, serve as focal points of communal worship. The architectural theme draws inspiration from both Arabic and Spanish styles, meticulously incorporating authentic details to elevate the overall ambiance and charm of this vibrant community.

Solitaire Towers

The Solitaire Towers are designed to be a striking addition to Sharjah’s skyline. The city’s streetscape will be enlivened by the dynamic pedestrian plaza located at the ground level of the retail/parking podium connecting the towers. The office tower is 34-stories, the first 4 floors are retail and the top 30 provide Class A office space. The hotel lobby and additional retail are located on the ground floor of the 40-story hotel/apartment tower. Floors 2-5 floors extend throughout the complex to provide adequate structured parking. The 7th floor is a pool deck, floors 8-15 hotel rooms and floors 16-40 accommodate 200 apartments.

Town Arlington

Town Arlington is a secure residential area comprising high-end townhouses. Showcasing townhouses with two or three bedrooms, each residence boasts fashionable interiors, spacious living areas, private two-car garages, and generously proportioned bedrooms. A well-integrated pathway network links all facilities and units, promoting exercise and pet walks for all inhabitants. These townhouses provide the essence of single-family living, as their front doors open onto well-maintained walkways and extensive green spaces. This blend of facilities, elegant landscaping, contemporary units, and an abundance of trails fosters a vibrant single-family rental community that is meticulously crafted and professionally looked after.

Rancho Cabrillo

Rancho Cabrillo will be an upscale rental community with detached units arranged into neighborhood pods that offer private entries and private yards. When renters enter this community, they will be greeted with a beautifully designed clubhouse that opens up to a large pool and spa area. This main amenity is connected to the entire project with a large central greenbelt, which will be sprinkled with other amenities. The other amenities include play areas, dog parks, fire pits, covered seating areas, and playfields. Renters in the area will be flocking to this unique opportunity to rent a single family detached home in a family-friendly community.

The Danielian team incorporated the cluster layout which gives builders the opportunity to increase the density while still giving renters their privacy and creating a sense of community. Providing the renters with 3 different floor plans, these homes were designed to appeal to renters with different budgets.

Terra Vista at Tejon

The upcoming apartment community is planned to include a total of 495 units, encompassing studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Specifically designed to cater to the housing needs of the numerous employees in the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center and its surrounding areas. This project marks the first initiative to offer housing at a reasonable price in Tejon Ranch. It was crucial to pay careful attention to the site plan, ensuring seamless integration with upcoming developments in the master-planned community. Emphasis was placed on creating pedestrian-friendly pathways that will connect to future projects.

Vesta

Vesta is like a little oasis right in the heart of Palm Desert, spanning across 17 lush acres at the cozy corner of Dick Kelly and Gateway. With 384 units to call home, this new multifamily community will offer a slice of paradise with all the trimmings of a luxury resort. Units will range from 599 to 1,486 SF and will featured up to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Residents will be able to enjoy the community amenities by lounging by the pool, working out in the fitness center, or mingling with neighbors in the clubhouse or around the firepits.

Park Ave 212

Located near the beautiful orange groves in Loma Linda, CA, Park Ave 212 offers a fully amenitized Senior Community that will be a wonderful place for 55+ active adults to live and thrive. With well-appointed apartment units and extensive recreational amenities, the future residents will have many activity options available to them, all centrally located within the grounds of the community.

The Modern Spanish architectural style is designed to seamlessly blend within the existing community, and will add needed senior housing that is attractive, well designed and fresh. A full service clubhouse/leasing office is conveniently located at the community entry, serving as an attractive focal point as well. With landscaped formal gardens and useful amenities, the clubhouse area will offer residents an exciting destination for social activities.

Royal Oaks Courtyard Villas

DA provided the conceptual design for an 80 unit luxury Single Family Detached and Townhome project located in the prestigious Royal Oak Community, just outside of Houston, Texas. The Site Plan concept was focused on creating a well designed attractive residential community that also achieved the necessary density to ensure project feasibility. The design objectives to achieve our goals included locating the recreation area at the entry to enhance the arrival into the community, providing a loop road for more efficient circulation through the project, plotting all long driveways and staggered driveways along the main loop road to vary the street scene, and providing product diversity with front-loaded units along the loop road, alley loaded in the project interior and townhomes along the edge adjacent to the perimeter road.

A major component of the site plan design is the central greenbelt that connects to all paseos within the interior of the site. This greenbelt will be an attractively landscaped location for trails and pedestrian nodes, with dog-walk supplies and shaded seating. All trails will lead to the community recreation area which will include exercise and meeting rooms, changing and restrooms, and a kitchen and bbq’s. In addition, this amenity will offer outdoor seating with a fireplace, making it a great place for gathering.
