Ventana is a 95-unit senior affordable housing community developed by TRG Pacific Development and designed by Irwin Studios at Danielian. Located on a compact 0.64-acre urban infill site, the mixed-use development achieves a density of 148.4 dwelling units per acre while thoughtfully integrating senior housing into its surrounding community.

The project demonstrates how strategic planning and residential design can maximize a limited infill site, balancing density, mixed-use programming and the needs of senior residents. Ventana provides much-needed affordable housing while contributing to a more connected and active neighborhood environment.
