IRVINE, Calif. — [8/5/2026] — Danielian Associates Architects + Planners proudly announces that Irwin Partners Architects (IPA) has joined the team as a Danielian Associates company.

Bringing together two of Orange County’s longest-standing residential design firms, the partnership expands the expertise and resources available to clients while preserving the trusted relationships, personalized service, and experienced team that have defined Irwin Partners Architects for more than 60 years.

Irwin Partners Architects, as a Danielian Associates company, will continue serving its clients through the same leadership, project teams, and client relationships, now supported by Danielian’s well-versed design teams. Together, the firms offer expanded expertise in senior housing, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse, affordable housing, Build-to-Rent, multifamily, mixed-use, master-planned communities, and community planning, creating a stronger team ready to serve the evolving housing market across the country.

Irwin Partners Architects joining Danielian Associates also brings full circle a connection that began generations ago at the USC School of Architecture. Both firms were founded by USC architecture graduates who went on to establish their own respected practices in Southern California. Their sons later followed in their footsteps, attending the USC School of Architecture together before eventually carrying forward their respective family firms. Decades later, those parallel legacies come together under the Danielian banner, uniting two generations of shared history, relationships, and a commitment to residential design.
